We're a USA & Australia based company operating with 2 warehouses, one in Los Angeles and one in China. As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages from either of these warehouses.

We ship globally with insured and traceable shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders above US$50, and just $2.99 for orders below.
How long do I wait until my order is sent out?
Depending on the contents of your order it can take 2 to 7 business days to pack and ship. Your order is prepared with some products produced just for you and shipped within this time frame.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping times on average are between 14 - 25 days depending on the processing time for customs in your country and seasonal shipping volumes.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discovery) as well as PayPal.
