We're a USA & Australia based company operating with 2 warehouses, one in Los Angeles and one in China. As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages from either of these warehouses.

How long do I wait until my order is sent out?
Depending on the contents of your order it can take between 2 to 7 business days to pack and ship. Your order is prepared with products produced just for you and shipped within this time frame.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping times on average are between 10 - 25 days depending on the processing time for customs in your country and seasonal shipping volumes.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of order placement, an administration fee of $5 may apply to cancellations after this time. Please email us as soon as possible.
Once an order is shipped it's no longer possible to cancel the order.
Refunds to PayPal are processed within 2 days, Credit card refunds can take 5-7 days for the payment to reflect on your statement.
Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
Easy Whim purchases are eligible for returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be made to the same payment method as used when ordering.
Defective or not as described products come with a 365 day warranty, we may chose to replace or refund at our discretion.
